The Bay Horse Tavern is a very modern take on an old school Victorian Pub, positioned on Thomas Street right in the heart of Manchester’s Northern Quarter. It has a laid-back s charm and a whole lot of personality to spare, like a home away from home where you can relax in warm and comfortable surroundings with a vast range of gins, craft beers and other liberations..
We had been invited to taste the Christmas Menu ahead of the game curve with friends.
We started off with delicious prawn and salmon mousse roulade which is served with crunchy toasted bread and compliments the mousse.
Next we also, ordered a baked fig and goats cheese salad. Cheese and figs are always a winning combo…which is a light and fresh option if you don’t want anything too heavy before the main course will arrive…
Then we had Pork Belly filled with apricot and sausage meat and tried the delicious seabass fillets with lemon caper butter …
We then had delicious desert we ordered lemon posset with meringue and sticky toffee pudding..
Check out their Christmas menu now…xoxo
