Family Easter afternoon tea at Cottons Hotel & Spa

Easter is on its way and now is a good time to plan some fun-packed days for you and the family.

Start the experience with a selection of perfectly proportioned savouries and sandwiches which include smoked salmon & cream cheese, free range egg and cress and ham and tomato. 

Follow this up with home-made Easter themed bite size macaroons, lemon posset and warm fresh sultana scones with locally produced clotted cream.

You are welcome to end the afternoon on a sweet note with a selection of marvellous miniature cakes and pastries including whites chocolate eclair, strawberry tart and a Traditional Easter cupcake.

I can certainly recommend Cottons hotel & Spa for a great location, attentive staff and very enjoyable afternoon tea.

My tip is if you have young children they can share an afternoon tea, although I’m sure the older ones wouldn’t want to share as it so delicious.
