Healthy Dutch Baby Pancake🥞

As much i love to make pancakes and crepes on the weekend I have personally never made this pancake recipe called “Dutch baby pancake” before but was excited to try it.🥞

Ok, the recipe requires an ovenproof pan for the perfect result and once I received the @circulonuk french skillet pan I immediately decided to give it a try.♥️

This recipe is perfect for late brunches and Sunday breakfasts when you actually have enough time to enjoy your food and a freshly brewed cup of morning coffee @percol_coffee ☕️

It’s easy to make and if you want to stick to a classic recipe or prefer a healthier option like I did here is a recipe for you.💫 I used my 12inch skillet pan but 10’ also will do. make sure it’s oven safe.

I decided to make this recipe Gluten free and dairy free, so I can feel less guilty after eating it all. #jhealthykitchen

For one large Dutch baby pancake ( healthy option) I used:

3 eggs 🥚

1 cup of gluten free flour🌾 @hollandandbarrett

1 cup of dairy free milk @vitacocoeu

Pinch of salt

2 spoons organic maple syrup @indigo_herbs

1 tbsp vanilla extract

Spices: cinammon/ nutmeg ( optional)

2 spoons of Coconut 🥥@indigo_herbs

Blend in @nutribulletuk till combined (apart from coconut oil) ⭐️Preheat oven to 200 degrees 🔥

Place the coconut oil on the pan and leave in the oven for few minutes till melted .

⭐️Take out of the oven and add the batter to the pan, return pan to the oven and bake for 20 minutes, until the pancake is puffed and golden ⭐️Remove pancake from the oven and add your favourite toppings.✨

I used vanilla @coyo_uk yoghurt, canned peaches 🍑 and almonds flakes with sprinkle of icing sugar.💛
