Gluten free Veggie Pizza

Easy to make and very tasty homemade pizza recipe is here today!🍕#italianfood

This weekend while it’s still cold outside and we craving comfy food and hot drinks something like freshly homemade pizza really can be a great dinner or lunch. Also a real fun to make with kids as my daughter loved to play with the dough and topping .🌿#kidsfriendly

You can use any sort of flour for the base , strong white, buckwheat, oat, rice or any gluten free one of your choice. I used a bukwheat myself in this recipe.

For the dough:

2 cups Of Flour

Pinch Sea Salt

1 Luke Warm Water

1 tsp Active Dried Yeast

2 tbs Olive Oil

Mix the flour and salt and set aside. Mix hot water, yeast and olive oil, set for 5 minutes.

Make a little space in the middle of the flour and add liquid ingredients. Use the hands to stretch the dough, add little more flour if needed.Leave in the warm place covered with kitchen towel for 30 minutes.

While dough is raising it worth to make your own tomato sauce or use any from the shop if you don’t have much time.

Fir my sauce I used onions, garlic, celery , fresh tomatoes, mixed herbs spice or Italian herbs, spoon of white wine vinegar, canned chopped tomatoes , tomato purée and ofcourse salt and pepper. Slowly boil all the I ingrediets till cooked. Blend in #nutribullet or use a hand blender for 3 sec. ( personally I prefer to have few chunks)

Use your favourite toppings : for classic cheese pizza use tomatoes, mozarella and fresh basil. Plush some rocket for topping and splash of olive oil once cooked.🍕

For meaty one : chorizo/ ham or chicken, mushrooms ,bell pepper , tomatoes or cheese , depends on your mood & preferences 🍅

Be creative, use the ingredients you have in the fridge. If you have lots of veggies, make them grilled first, add cheese and balsamic glaze along with fresh basil and rocket on top.☘️ Preheat oven to 200 degrees.It really helps to get that “stone baked” effect at home and cook for 15-20 minutes depends on size.🍃 Serve on the wooden board , topped with rocket and olive oil or balsamic.
